No Mistakes — Read Before Starting

  • Payment is required before any work begins.
  • Delivery time (same-day or 48-hour) starts after payment is complete.
  • All required content (text, photos, logo, details) must be provided before the build begins.
  • Revisions must be requested within 3 days of receiving your preview link due to fast-paced orders and workflow.
  • Revisions are limited based on your plan (3 or 4).
  • Major redesigns, new pages, or full style changes are not included as revisions.
  • Refunds are not offered unless you clearly stated your preferences and we still failed to deliver what you expected.
  • Communication is handled through short phone calls and email for clarity.
  • Maintenance plans are optional and billed monthly.
  • Final payment is required before the website is published live.

Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

7th Door Website Designs provides fast-delivery website builds (same-day or 48-hour). Work begins only after payment is received and required content is provided.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate business information, photos, text, and any required materials before the build begins. Delays in providing content may extend delivery time.

3. Payment Terms

  • Same-day builds require full payment upfront.
  • 48-hour builds require 50% upfront and 50% before publishing.
  • Invoices are sent directly by the founder after form submission.
  • Payment must be completed before any work begins.

4. Revisions

Revisions are limited based on the selected plan and must be requested within 3 days of receiving the preview link. Revisions include text changes, photo swaps, and minor layout adjustments.

Revisions do not include full redesigns, new pages, or major structural changes.

5. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines begin only after payment and required content are received. Delays caused by the client do not count toward the delivery window.

6. Ownership

Once final payment is made, the client owns the website and all content they provided. Templates, tools, and proprietary systems remain the property of 7th Door Website Designs.

7. Communication

Communication is handled through email or short phone calls. Long meetings, strategy sessions, or ongoing support are not included unless part of a maintenance plan.

8. Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plans are optional monthly services that include revisions, updates, and SEO improvements depending on the plan selected.

9. Refunds

Refunds are only offered if:

  • You clearly stated your preferences before the build,
  • AND the delivered preview did not match what you requested or expected.

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delayed content
  • Lack of communication
  • Unused revisions
  • Hosting/domain issues outside our control
  • Personal preference changes after the build has started

10. Limitation of Liability

7th Door Website Designs is not responsible for losses related to downtime, hosting issues, third-party platforms, or client-provided content.

Refund Policy

Due to the fast-delivery nature of this service, refunds are limited and only granted under one condition:

Refunds are only allowed if:

You clearly stated your preferences, requirements, or expectations before the build began, and the delivered preview still did not match what you requested.

Refunds are NOT offered for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delayed content
  • Lack of communication
  • Unused revisions
  • Preference changes after the build begins
  • Hosting or domain issues outside our control
  • "I don't like it" without clear instructions provided beforehand

If an error is made on our end, it will be corrected within your included revisions.

Payment Policy

  • Invoices are sent directly by the founder after form submission.
  • Payment must be completed before any work begins.
  • Same-day builds require full payment upfront.
  • 48-hour builds require 50% upfront and 50% before publishing.
  • Payments are processed securely through our business invoicing system (Wave).
  • ACH is recommended for lower fees.
  • A receipt is automatically provided after payment.
  • Failure to complete payment will pause or cancel the project.

Revision Policy

  • Standard plan includes 3 revisions.
  • Premium plan includes 4 revisions.
  • Revisions must be requested within 3 days of receiving your preview link.

Revisions include:

  • Text changes
  • Photo swaps
  • Minor layout adjustments
  • Color or spacing tweaks

Revisions do NOT include:

  • Full redesigns
  • New pages
  • New features
  • Rebranding
  • Changing the entire style after the build is complete

Additional revisions can be purchased or handled through a maintenance plan.
